This week was a short week so we are blogging together today. Here we go....
Today we did family groups. We made a golden ticket and we made a paper person that looked like us. We were learning about respect. In our family groups we go with kids from all different grades. It was fun because we did a special craft.
We also had an assembly and sang a song called "Peace". It was a Remembrance Day assembly. Amy and Cole got to hold our wreath. We wore sticker poppies.
We made an art projects with our hands. They made a heart in the middle.
Amy got to ride in a limosine to McDonald's for lunch with our principal, Mrs. Caldwell, and a bunch of kids. She ate a cheeseburger and ice cream. There was candy in the limo.
We did more portfolio stuff. We put more stuff in the reading section and in the writing section and in the math.
Miss Rosney came today.
We made our published books. Some people's books aren't finished yet. They take a long time!
